Changing mindset and lifestyle can be daunting. You are not alone, though. With me as your coach — a coach who has walked this road, made mistakes, and stumbled across a lot — you can rest assured that your journey will be a lot easier than mine was.
It takes up to 250 days for a habit to take root. In my experience, it takes a lot less time if the new mindset is embedded first.
And for that, having the correct guidance for the first three months of this lifestyle can make the difference between success and failure on the Whole Food Plant-Based Vegan lifestyle.
Very few people can navigate by themselves without training or a guide, just with the map and the strategies.
The vast majority need a coach.
But a coach with the wrong map (wrong information and wrong strategies) will take you nowhere good.

🔍 In-Depth Analysis
Prior to our video call session, three VERY IMPORTANT tasks must be completed, and I’ll guide you through:
- I will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your diet history, food choices, drink preferences, sleep patterns, overall lifestyle, and major events/traumas that shaped you and your mindset. I’ll provide you with a form containing questions and prompts. Please take the time to reflect and respond thoughtfully. Your success depends on it. The emphasis is on mindfulness and self-reflection. I must reinforce the idea that success in my program is a collaborative effort where you play an active role.
- For about a week leading up to our meeting, please diligently track your daily calorie intake and nutrition using the tool I’ll provide. Measure all the food you consume and input the data into the calculator. This step is crucial. You need to comprehend your current nutrition and calorie levels.
- Also, in the time before our session, you’ll visit your healthcare practitioner to have your blood checked. Blood and urine tests on your current diet and lifestyle will serve as a starting point, measured parameters, and objective data. I will send you a list of what to check when going for lab tests.
THIRD:
✍️ You’ll send me all your answers and share your food diary with me at least 2 days before our meeting to give me time to go through all that valuable data and get to know you and your story better.
FOURTH:
∑ The actual video call.

I’ll send you by email the aforementioned digital files.
SIXTH:
We schedule our next meeting.

What you don’t get in my programs:
**Personalized Diet Plan**
This diet is so simple once you understand the fundamentals that there is no need for a Diet Plan or Meal Plan. I never used one; it always seemed very complicated to me, so I don’t believe in it, and I don’t support it.
**Meal recipes**
Simple over complex meals. I promote simplicity in eating and lifestyle, mostly because that works wonders and digests the best. I will give you the structure, the overall strategies to follow to make sure a meal has ENOUGH calories, enough CARBOHYDRATES. I’ll give you suggestions, ideas for meals, but not complex recipes.
**Refunds:**
- I do not provide refunds.
